Ah shit! I can’t even have sex being this sore!
You see, Jillian Michaels kicked my ass yesterday. It was as if I were a chubby from “The Biggest Loser” and she screamed in my face, spitballs flying and landing on my lip. Doing only one day of her 6 Week 6 Pack workout attacked each and every muscle of my body. My hamstrings, my abdomen, my quads, my neck, my side chichos, and my ribs were all sore! I didn’t even know ribs could get sore from exercise! Still, I wobbled out of bed, holding my lower back como una abuelita, and mentally prepared myself to begin day 2 of the 6 Week 6 Pack workout. But first, I would do some writing.
For hours and hours, I wrote and send emails, chatting with friends on Skype during breaks. Then it was time to exercise. I grabbed my Mac and moved it to the side. I slid off the couch and…OUCH! A sharper pain on my right and left side. That’s when I knew Jillian Michaels had won. I slid back onto the couch and decided to take a day off. Because I am not a masochist. Because I could hardly move. Because my neck, my back…just couldn’t take it!
