I walked 3.8 miles yesterday. 3.8 miles. Some say I don’t need to loose weight. Others ask why I’m working out 4 times a week. The naturally slim don’t need to exercise. They shouldn’t and, if they do, it’s like they are rubbing it in the faces of the non-slim.
Or maybe that skinny bitch has an eating disorder.
No. No. And no.
Excess Body Fat
I am exercising to loose the excess fat that I carry in my midsection and on my back, or the Unavoidable Dominican Chichos, as I like to call them. It doesn’t matter that I look thin.
Exercise Regularly For Good Health
My gut may not be huge but I know my body is not at its best. I also know that exercising regularly is great for my heart, my musicles, my energy level, and every curve and nook and crany.
And so, I am focused.
All You Need Is Focus
Once I set my mind to something, there is no turning back. Once I make a decision with firmness and certainty there is no hesitation. This flaca till death will have a healthy, defined body. This flaca wants to he healthy and fit and so, I will be healthy and fit. All I need is focus. All I need is determination. Picturing a photo of the abs I bequeath also helps.
And that’s how I made it through 3.8 miles.
What motivates you to exercise?
