Read some quotes.
Sometimes all you need to increase your confidence is a good piece of written work. Even a simple, inspirational quote can change your mood. I personally love quotes and try to save as many as I can so I have a collection at my disposal. Whenever I’m upset a simple quote can bring me from 0 to 10!
All work and no play is not the way to live. You should treat yourself whenever you can. A manicure, a new pair of shoes, a massage: these treats are great pick me ups. Every girl loves to be pampered. Who better to do it than you ?
Give yourself a pep talk.
Talking to yourself may seem loopy, but you’ll be surprised how helpful it is. You might not want to chat yourself up at your job, but when you’re alone and have your thoughts together, give yourself a pep talk. You should be your biggest fan and cheerleader. Remind yourself of that.
