As a former prudish and often times judgmental virgin, I’d here the word “fetish”‘and clutch my (fake) pearls. Who knew that girl would become a sex and love guru as an adult? I can’t get enough of love and relationships. And yes, that includes dishing on date night outfits and beauty, dating advice and even dildos and sex fetishes.
Speaking of freaky turn ons, a new study published in the Journal of Sex Research discovered that what many deem as a weird fetish is not unusual at all.
Fetishism( a sexual attraction to objects, situations, or body parts not traditionally viewed as sexual), exhibitionism, voyeurism, frotteurism (rubbing yourself against a non-consenting stranger), masochism, sadism, transvestism, and pedophilia are often considered abnormal sexual turn-ons. But, in the Canadian study 35% of folks were interested in or had experienced voyeurism; 26% get hot and bothered due to fetishism and frotteurism (rubbing oneself against a non-consenting stranger), and 19% are all for masochism.
Here’s the kicker: voyeurism, exhibitionism, frotteurism, and pedophilia are all illegal because they involve non-consensual partners. So even though many people are into these fetishes others are still just as prudish as a virginal Sujeiry.
