Sujeiry. The Latina Carrie Bradshaw.

Love Trips: A What Not To Do Relationship Book is available for purchase at http://lovetripsbook.com. Her weekly love and relationship podcast, Sujeiry Radio, has also launched. And, of course, there is LoveSujeiry.com: the go-to site for all things Sujeiry, the Latina Carrie Bradshaw.

Who is Sujeiry?

Sujeiry Gonzalez, often referred to as the “Latina Carrie Bradshaw,” is a funny and vibrant relationship (non)expert that tells it like it is – with just add a little more sass, a lot more Bacardi and ton of laughs.  The New York Modern Love Writer for Examiner.com, this sassy single gal has rocked the relationship market since early 2006 and today, she regularly contributes to a number of outlets including: Galtime, Cupid’s Pulse, Mamiverse, Single Edition Media, Latina Smart.

Her comedic personality, unique voice and irrefutable talent have also granted her the opportunity to share her relationship highs and lows with a number of media channels, including:  PIX Morning News, Latina Magazine, Telemundo, Mega 97.9, SoLatina, amongst others.

Sujeiry’s newest coup is the launch of Love Trips: A Collection of Relationship Stumbles - a poignant and witty collection of personal essays, in which she chronicles her relationship stumbles.  Love Trips is a fearless account of one woman’s journey to love, and easily serves as the ultimate what-not-to-do relationship book for women who have stumbled in love and found themselves through the same journey.

The Beginning

In 2005, while finishing her Masters degree in Writing Arts, Sujeiry channeled her anger and disappointments in love into a humorously candid relationship blog. Her blog, entitled “In the Words of a 20 Something,” exposed what it is to be Latina, single and looking. Her experiences struck a chord with her followers, and with popularity came buzz.

Three months after the launch of her blog, Sujeiry was offered a freelancing opportunity from Migente.com. She took on the challenge, thrilled to build her readership and add a byline; her article, “When Bad Girls Attack,” debut with rave reviwes on February 2006.

Love Trips and Comedy

On May 2006, “Love Trips,” a biweekly account of Sujeiry’s relationship experiences and dating woes, hit the pages of Migente. A year later, her talent, creativity and deadline-driven professionalism landed Sujeiry a ghost writing gig for Carmen Palumbo, a television host and personality. Soon after, “Love Trips” found a home on SiTV.com, along with her new vlog, “Love Tripping with Sujeiry,” a vibrant man-on the street and sketch comedy web show about relationships, love and sex.

Lovemionline and Radio

In December 2008, Sujeiry decided to take her career to the next level and added website owner to her list of accomplishments. While managing Lovemionline.com, a love and lifestyle online magazine, Sujeiry developed into a knowledgeable multimedia professional. On a daily basis, she edited content, planned monthly cultural events, created press releases, managed SEO, writers, and posting schedules, analyzed site traffic and promoted Lovemionline on radio shows and news programs like the “PIX Morning News.” Simultaneously, Sujeiry was the resident dating blogger for Latina.com, fulfilling a life long dream, and was the producer and co-host of “Don’t Catch Feelings,” an online radio show on Llegamos Radio.
